by Ministry of Infrastructure
THE OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED TO FACILITATE STAFF TRAINING FOR DIGIGOV'S VEHICLE E-SERVICES.

The Department of Infrastructure, Ports and Transport wishes to inform the public that the Division of Transport’s Union and Vieux Fort offices will be closed to the public on the following days:

  • Friday, 13th January 2023
  • Monday, 16th January 2023

This closure is in order to facilitate staff members’ participation in the final training session for digiGov’s vehicle e-services module, and the migration of data to the new system.

In the interim, driver related transactions can be conducted via the digiGov portal (www.digigov.govt.lc) but customers should expect processing delays.

The Division of Transport will resume normal operations on Tuesday January 17th, 2023, and Service Bureau Agents (SBA’s) will be available to assist members of the public.

The Department of Infrastructure, Ports and Transport regrets any inconvenience caused as a result of the closure.  The public is assured however that the addition of the vehicle e-services module to the digiGov platform forms part of the Government of Saint Lucia’s continued efforts to improve the quality of service delivered to the public.
